Home-Start Spelthorne is looking for a warm and motivated Group Co-ordinator to lead our Baby Bubbles and Stay & Play sessions across Sunbury, Ashford, Staines and Stanwell.
Hours: 14 per week (term-time only)
(Wed am, Thurs am & pm, Fri am – 3.5 hours per session)
Salary: £28,739 pro rata (£14.89 per hour, incl. Inner Fringe)
Contract: Fixed-term to December 2026 (subject to funding)
The Role
Reporting to the Family Support Manager, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive group sessions

Support and supervise a small volunteer team

Ensure families feel welcomed and safe

Maintain records and promote Home-Start locally
About You
You will have:

Good education and IT skills

Understanding of children’s and families’ needs

Strong safeguarding awareness

Excellent interpersonal skills
-
Access to a car (expenses paid)
Full induction and ongoing training provided.
