Home-Start Spelthorne are currently accepting referrals for a new project. In addition to our usual criteria that families have a child under 5, we are also able to work with a small number of families with children up to the age of 11 who have any of the following needs:
- Parental conflict
- Families that have experienced domestic abuse
- Families with children that have disability such as ADHD or ASD
This support would include a listening ear, signposting, advice, assistance to access other services and practical help in the home. Please note that due to Covid-19, home-visits have been temporarily postponed.
We can currently support families with:
- Weekly volunteer or staff led support via phone or video
- Fortnightly online Zoom Social group support for parents
